refund

Had gone ahead and went down to the place to ask for my refund. Asked two friends to accompany me there. I went down and msg the person that introduced me to this "business" at the last min. She was at orchard road area meeting up with her client.

So me and my friends went ahead into the company. We took up a table and we started to looked around us. All we saw was young ppl behaving like they are really very successful in life. We noticed quite a number of things.

For example:
1. The agents there always empathize on flexible hours as it's not a 9 to 5 job.
[b]the reason being they work in shifts.
[i] We saw this lady there who was at first surrounded by three agents when we first reached there. Then during the time while we was there, the number of ppl surrounding her gets larger til about 5(agents) to 1(her).

The main agent that was persuading her, change shift with the other guy. And we also noticed that the company do not offer any drinks to the potential customers. (Is it so that we will be tired, and let our guard down aka cannot think straight??? Only God and they, themselves know that)
